All orders are made to order and typically require 2–5 business days to process before they are shipped. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, shipping times are as follows:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active with the carrier.
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@retrogeous.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@retrogeous.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
